If you are looking to replace your current Flushmate You can start with your serial number which will look something like MMDDYY-F31-XXXX. Q: I have an old, recall-repaired, M-101526-F3, on which I've already replaced failed/leaking lower supply and intake valve assemblies. I've now sprung a leak in the upper-half tank side. Do you sell only the tank, or is only a complete replacement available?
