The Sloan Flushmate BP100115 Hardware Kit is for 503 series tanks. It ONLY fits porcelain manufacturer Gerber 21-012 tanks.

The kit includes:

Lower Supply Nut
Drain Assembly – No Longer Available. Systems manufactured prior to 1999 do not require drain assembly.

Flushmate vessels and components do not retrofit into gravity type toilets. They are only used with Flushmate-equipped toilets.
