0voteA: The Flushmate System goes into the porcelain tank and then fills with water. There should be no more than 1" of water in the porcelain tank outside of the Flushmate System. If there is more than 1" of water surrounding the Flushmate System then it is likely that you have a pin-hole leak or crack and the system will need to be replaced. To replace the Flushmate you can start with your serial number which will look something like MMDDYY-F31-XXXX.
