Shipping Charges in the Contiguous U.S.

Standard Shipping

For orders within the Contiguous United States standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 for all orders.

Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping Options

For most orders 2nd Day and Overnight shipping charges are as follows:

• 2nd Day is an additional $15
• Overnight is an additional $30

Some heavier items have additional charges for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping. Please use the shipping calculator on the checkout page to determine exact shipping charges.

Shipping Charges Outside the Contiguous U.S.

If you are located outside the Contiguous U.S., please call us at 952-898-6000 for rates.

Shipping

We ship in stock orders received before 2:00 CST the same day (Mon-Fri). We ship via UPS and Spee Dee Delivery.

Orders typically only deliver on business days (Mon-Fri). If you need Saturday delivery, please call, additional charges may apply.

Special order parts usually take 1-3 weeks.

Notice to California and Vermont Residents

FlushmateRepairParts.com will not ship any faucet or fitting used for drinking water including kitchen, lavatory, basin, or bar faucets that are not AB1953 Compliant. Please make sure the items you are ordering are compliant. If you have questions, please call us at 800-518-5388 for assistance.

Returns

We have a thirty day money back return policy. You may return your part in its original wrapper within thirty days for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we select the wrong part for you. Please call 800-518-5388 to request a Return Authorization Number before sending your part back.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Minnesota (7.125%).
